PassThru Technologies LLC ("PassThru Technologies", "PassThru", "we", "us", or "our") operates the PassThru VPN application and website. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect information when you use our services.

By using PassThru, you agree to the practices described in this policy. If you do not agree, please discontinue use of our services.

PassThru is designed to minimize data collection. Here is exactly what we collect and why:

• Account information: Your email address and hashed password, used to authenticate you and manage your subscription.
• Subscription & billing data: Transaction identifiers processed by our payment provider. We do not store full credit card numbers.
• App diagnostics (optional): Crash reports and anonymous performance metrics, only if you have opted in within the app settings.

We do not collect: IP addresses, DNS queries, traffic destinations, session timestamps, bandwidth usage per session, or any other VPN activity data.

PassThru operates a strict no-logs VPN service. This means:

• We do not log your originating IP address or the VPN server IP assigned to you.
• We do not log DNS queries or websites you visit.
• We do not log the timestamps of when you connect or disconnect.
• We do not log the amount of data transferred during a session.

Because this data is never collected, it cannot be shared with any third party, including government agencies or law enforcement, even in response to a legal request.

Payments are processed by a third-party payment provider (such as Stripe or Apple In-App Purchase). PassThru does not receive or store your full payment card details. We receive only a transaction confirmation and subscription status from our payment provider.

Please review the privacy policy of your payment provider for details on how they handle your payment data.

We use a limited number of third-party services to operate PassThru:

• Payment processing: To handle subscriptions securely.
• Crash reporting (opt-in only): To improve app stability. No VPN activity is included in crash reports.

We do not use advertising networks, analytics SDKs, or any third-party services that track user behavior.

Account data (email, hashed password, subscription status) is retained for as long as your account is active. Upon account deletion, your data is permanently removed from our systems within 30 days.

Optional crash report data is retained for 90 days and then automatically purged.

Depending on your location, you may have the following rights under applicable law (including GDPR and CCPA):

• Access: Request a copy of the personal data we hold about you.
• Correction: Request that we correct inaccurate data.
• Deletion: Request deletion of your personal data.
• Portability: Receive your data in a machine-readable format.
• Objection: Object to certain types of processing.
